Come Join us for a relaxing & restorative Hatha & Kundalini Yoga Sunday, February 2 from 12:30 - 1:30 pm (please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space. Class will begin on time) at Roots to Crown
Bring an open mind & heart, jacket, blanket (if you get cold), water bottle
$10-$25 Suggested Donation - make your donation in person, preregistration is not required
Class Sequence:
• Grounding into Presence, Dedication, and Class Opening
• Warm-Ups and/or Sun Salutations
• Asanas and Bandhas with awareness
• Pranayama (optional)
• Concentration and Meditation (moving and deepening into presence and awareness)
• Final Relaxation of sufficient length (calming, integration, and closing)
• Class Closure ( a few group Aums or a Namaste)
Jessie will also include:
Sage, lavender warm eye masks, conscious touch, aromatherapy & Chakra Deck Card Pulling
About your Facilitator:
Jessie Greenberg is a dedicated yoga instructor with over a decade of practice and four years of teaching experience. She began her journey at Florida State University through Ashtanga yoga, discovering its transformative impact and sense of community. In 2021, she completed Tantra Yoga Teacher Training in Portugal, deepening her expertise in yoga and meditation, and later advanced her knowledge through the LYT program at Yogaville Ashram in Virginia.
Drawing inspiration from her experiences in vibrant yoga and dance communities, Jessie is committed to being a forever student while empowering others to connect with their highest selves through uplifting, gratitude-filled instruction.
