Kickoff the holiday festivities with a tree lighting, an Illuminated Costume Contest, prizes, holiday entertainment in Downtown Ashland.
We invite you stroll the light displays along the railroad tracks, while you enjoy outdoor dining, sidewalk sales, vendors carolers, and food trucks!
Public parking is available at Henry Clay Elementary School (310 S James St) and Shiloh Baptist Church (106 S James St).
The event is free, family-friendly, accessible, and open to the public.
With the help of Dominion Energy as presenting sponsor, Downtown Ashland hosts a mile-long holiday light display and six weeks of special events. We call the spectacle "Light Up the Tracks" and you're invited to celebrate all season long.
