Light up the Park & Main

The holiday season in Highlands begins with one of the town’s most beloved traditions, Light Up the Park & Main. Families gather at Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park for hot chocolate, candy canes, Christmas carols and the telling of the Christmas story. The evening's most anticipated guest, Santa Claus, arrives to light the park, illuminating the trees with thousands of twinkling lights.
The celebration marks the beginning of the holiday season in Highlands, when the park glows with Christmas lights and the nearby ice rink welcomes skaters throughout the winter.
