The Hills will shine once again with art, light, and music!Join us for the 9th annual Light Up the Hills Festival of Lights on October 4th, 2025, as the Westhills community comes alive after dark. Presented by the West Shore Arts Council and Westhills Land Corp., this free, family-friendly festival draws thousands of participants each year.
Follow the illuminated pathway from Belmont Secondary to Westhills Park & Playground, where glowing artworks, live performances, and hand-made lanterns create a truly magical atmosphere. This celebration of community highlights the creativity of local artists, musicians, and performers in a one-of-a-kind evening experience.
