✨ This Christmas, we invite you to come together in remembrance. Whether you’ve lost someone recently or years ago, Light Up a Life is a chance to honour their memory, dedicate a star, and help wrap another family in the warmth of hospice care. “When you give in memory, you’re not just honouring someone special - you’re wrapping another family in care.”
