Join us this holiday season for the 40th year of Hospice SLO County's Light Up a Life Remembrance Ceremonies. To have your loved one's name read in their memory at a ceremony of your choice, you're invited to register and donate online at https://bit.ly/3XNfj23 or call our office at (805) 544-2266 to have a registration form mailed to you. All proceeds from Light Up a Life will go toward funding Hospice SLO County's direct services supporting the SLO County community.
