The Light Up a Life Holiday Tree Lighting ceremonies offer family, friends and community members moments of healing and hope. Your purchase of a Symbolic Light or Personalized Ornament supports the Mission of Community Hospice & Health Services. Names of those honored with symbolic lights will be displayed on a banner at the event if received by November 4, 2024. Names received by November 22, 2024, will be included in the event program. All ornament orders must be received by December 5, 2024, in order to receive by Christmas. Ornament orders will only be mailed within the United States.
