As the holiday season arrives, it is a time to reflect on our loved ones who are no longer with us. Community Hospice & Health Services in honored to invite our patient families from the past year to join us for an evening of remembrance and celebration. Participants will have the opportunity to honor their loved one in a very special way and celebrate the beautiful memories that forever live.

Attendees will be providing a personalized commemorative ornament inscribed with your loved one’s name. During the ceremony we invite participants to place their ornament on our tree which will remain in our lobby throughout the holiday season to honor our hospice loved ones. After the first of the year, personalized ornaments will be available for pick up at the main office to become a permanent addition to your own family celebrations for years to come.
