With the approach of the holidays you may find yourself even more aware of your loss and grief. The season seems to begin earlier and earlier each year and the absence of your loved one may be felt even more as you contemplate holidays without them. You may feel overwhelmed with the demands and expectations that accompany the coming months and all of us have expectations of ourselves and each other during this time.
This workshop will provide attendees with tools to help navigate the impact the season may have on your own grieving and help to balance your own personal needs amidst the hustle and bustle that surrounds us.
Light refreshments will be served and you’ll create a special keepsake to take home in remembrance of whoever you’re missing this holiday season.
