The High Level Bridge will be lit to recognize and commemorate 108th Anniversary of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic that was established in 1918 and was one of the first democracies in the world to embrace democratic values such as equal voting rights to all citizens regardless of their gender, race, culture, religion and one of the first nations in the world granting women equal voting rights!
Let's get together outdoors to celebrate this historically significant occasion that took democratic values to the heart and founded with a premise of democracy, freedom and equality for all the citizens back in the early 20th century.
This is an outdoor gathering, please dress accordingly. We will have music, refreshments, snacks for the enjoyment of attendees.
This is a great time to show your patriotic spirit! You are welcome to dress in blue, red or green.
Please note that this gathering is weather dependent.
