Light on the Legislature: Community & Technical Colleges

Please join McLennan County Talks for a "Light on the Legislature" community meet up.

Our topic will be "Let's Keep an Eye on Community & Technical Colleges," and our conversation leaders will be Dr. Johnettte McKown, President of MCC, and Beth Wooten, Provost of TSTC Waco.

This will be the eighth in a series of friendly, non-partisan conversations about what is happening in the Texas Legislature this session and how it might affect us here in Waco and McLennan County.

We will meet March 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 at the Performing Arts Community Center, 924 Austin Avenue.

No cost to attend. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.
