Proponents believe it can activate dormant spiritual gifts, facilitate healing, and connect individuals with higher consciousness or other spiritual realms. It is not a literal language with grammar but a channeling of frequencies and energies, and while some describe it as similar to speaking in tongues, it's also seen as a way to release emotional blockages and raise one's vibration.
