Light + Hope: Diwali Yoga Celebration & Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser

Our Monday evening practice at Kaleidoscope Thornton Park just got sweeter ✨🪷🫶🏾

Join me for a special evening on Monday, October 20th at 7pm as we celebrate the Festival of Lights and honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Growing up Diwali has always been one of my favorite holidays and for me serves as a reminder that we always have the choice to tap into our light and lean into gratitude, love, hope, and kindness even when faced with adversity ✨

This evening is about celebrating resilience, shining our inner light, and supporting the fight against breast cancer.

Together, we’ll flow through a heart-centered yoga + trataka meditation practice, light diyas (candles) in honor of our loved ones + the collective cause, and close with smoothies + community connection.

🎟 $25 tickets include yoga practice, diya/candle, and a strawberry smoothie provided by @kaleidoscopethorntonpark to enjoy after practice

✨ % of proceeds will be donated to a local charity

🛍 Sage bundles will be for sale to raise additional donations

💖 Wear pink or vibrant colors to embody the energy of hope + celebration
