About this Event
A collage of solo and group dances interconnected by immersive light. Works explore the edge zones between beginnings / endings, fall / winter, and the darkness / lightness within each day, sustained by the dragon fire (life force) that motivates, activates, and completes the inner impulse to create and connect.
This event also features dragon paintings by Herb Ferris, lighting by Carlie Nieman, and collaborations with musicians.
LIGHT is part of the Moving / Being Festival, happening December 6-8 at 33 Hawley in Northampton. The Moving / Being Festival is a project of the Workroom Cooperative, a pilot program of A.P.E.
