Ready to shed some leaves like the trees in fall?During Light Day you’ll be experiencing two network spinal entrainments. In between group entrainments, you will experience a guided transformative breathwork session guided. The breathwork session will help enhance each entrainment and allow a deeper connection and awareness within the body.
