About this Event
Sage Bundling & Intention Setting
Step inside NerdDNA Studio during Fall Bushwick Open Studios for a day of botanicals, creativity, and community. 🌿✨
Create your own botanical sage bundle using herbs tied to Latin American, African, and Caribbean traditions — rosemary, sage, lavender, marigold, and basil. Learn about the antifungal and antibacterial properties of each plant and their cultural history.
Special Open Studios addition: craft a Palo Santo Floral Dip, blending the same botanicals into a beautiful piece you can use for cleansing or display.
✨ New Add-On Options ✨
For those who want to take their creations further, you can add on matching herbal products crafted with the same botanicals you bundle:
- +$15 → Create a Botanical Soap Bar infused with your sage bundle herbs.
- +$20 → Pour a Mini Vegan Candle using the same herbal theme, decorated with dried botanicals.
Includes:
✅ All materials
✅ Handwritten affirmation card
✅ Palo Santo Floral Dip
✅ Finished sage bundle wrapped beautifully in a reusable gift bag
🎟 $45 per person
LIMITED FREE TICKETS *
(Regularly $50 — discounted in celebration of the holiday and Bushwick Art Crawl)
Kick off the day with a Sage Bundling & Intention Setting workshop, where you’ll craft your own sage bundle using rosemary, lavender, marigold, basil, and more — learning about their cultural roots and natural antibacterial properties. As a bonus, you’ll create a Palo Santo Floral Dip, and your finished bundle will be beautifully wrapped in a reusable gift bag. Want more? Add on a matching herbal soap or mini candle to complete your set.
THE OPEN STUDIOS IS AN ALL DAY NEIGHBORHOOD EVENT
As the sun sets, the studio transforms into a lively marketplace and celebration with vegan candles, sage bundles, intention jars, and art from talented NYC creators. Shop, sip, and stay for games, music, and community vibes.
Whether you come for the workshops, the art, or the energy, this is your chance to experience a side of Bushwick that’s usually invite-only. Celebrate heritage, sustainability, and creativity — and leave with handmade, gift-ready creations worth more than the ticket price.
