We’re taking Sunday morning to the next level… slowly, intentionally, and with really good energyyyyy!

Join me at Thee Hemp Co in Mount Washington for a 2-hour immersive experience combining gentle uplifting, movement, sound healing, and a relaxed private shopping hour.

How it flows:

-10:00–11:00 AM

Arrive, settle in, and enjoy a private shopping hour + special lemonade refreshment before the store opens.

-11:00 AM–12:00 PM

We’ll move into:

-Breathwork + guided meditation

-Gentle, floor-based yoga

-A deeply relaxing 40 min sound bath
