Join Ruby Arfanis Freeman for a welcoming evening of creativity, reflection, music, movement, and meaningful connection.
Together, we’ll explore guided journaling, kintsugi-inspired art, interactive musical instruments, breathwork, and relaxation, with joyful movement to celebrate our time together.
Inspired by the spirit of sisterhood celebrated in Lifted, By My Girls!, this gathering welcomes all women.
Your $35 registration includes:
- A two-hour guided experience
- All creative materials
- A welcome gift bag for pre-registered guests
- Light refreshments following the program
What to bring: An optional yoga mat, cozy sweater, or blanket for relaxation. Chairs will be available.
Location: Immanuel Union Church Gym, 693 Jewett Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10314. Entrance on Maine Avenue.
Doors open at 5:30 PM. Program begins at 6:00 PM.
No previous experience necessary. Just bring yourself.
