Our annual Lift STROG fundraiser is here! What started in 2007 is STILL going strong every year where we benefit a cancer foundation and a Navy SEAL foundation.
We will split the donations to Wade's Army and The Brendan Looney Foundation.

High School Boys: Trap Bar Deadlift
High School Girls: Trap Bar Deadlift
Men's Open: Deadlift
Women's Open: Deadlift
