New year, new you?
We will be running low-cost beginners’ exercise classes in Buckskin for people looking to get more active, thanks to our successful application for Hampshire Active Health Programme Funding.
We ran the popular strength training and mixed Pilates and aerobics exercise classes in Buckskin, Popley and Oakridge last year. And, following fantastic feedback from those people who attended the eight-week course, we are running more classes this year.
The sessions aim to boost your energy and mobility as well as build strength and confidence. They will run from January to March, costing £3 (per session) on a pay as you go basis.
