JR Food Craft locally sources their meats from farms that practice regenerative farming techniques and we use only whole charcoal and Minnesota applewood to slow smoke our pork shoulder and belly, along with our andouille sausages.
Their produce is sourced from the Saint Paul Farmer's Market for freshness, and our breads are baked by a local baker in White Bear Lake, MN.
JR Food Craft's mission is to make each and every piece of food that we serve traceable back to the very farm it was grown or raised on in Minnesota, and to serve it up with the warmest hospitality to everyone.
