January is the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and realign — and that’s exactly what we’ll be doing together at LifeHeal Immersive, Glastonbury (14–16 January 2026).Join us for three deeply nourishing days of workshops, meditation, sound therapy, creative play and soul work — designed to reset your energy and help you step into 2026 with clarity, purpose and joy.
We’ll be gathering in the heart of Glastonbury (often called the world’s heart chakra), a place that seems to amplify every intention. Together we’ll vision the year ahead across body, mind, spirit and soul — and release what no longer belongs to you.
✨ What to expect:
Day 1: Arrivals, meditation, our Lifestyle Design method, tarot channelling, hot chocolate & conscious conversation.
Day 2: Manifestation practices, exploring anxiety & mindfulness, a sound journey with handpan, and intuitive abstract art (yes, paint-splattered joy encouraged).
Day 3: Walking the Tor with intention, mastering the “second arrow” of the mind, closing circle with gratitude, and a celebratory dinner together at Queen of Cups.
Every workshop is optional — this is your journey. Take what you need, skip what you don’t.
You’ll be held by both of us throughout:
