LEAP stands for Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process and is a direct transmission of Kundalini Energy.
Saying YES to a LEAP session is saying yes to more of you. To more of the TRUE YOU, and to more LIFE.
All you are asked is to SURRENDER and RECEIVE the transmission, to be CURIOUS and OPEN.
LEAP is different than other modalities such as yoga and breathwork. You DO NOT NEED TO DO anything, but rather ALLOW the experience.
TRUST YOURSELF if you feel called to this experience. It is not for your mind to figure it out.
WHAT IS LEAP?
LEAP (Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process) is a direct transmission of life force energy that naturally activates a profound self-awakening process, often also called kundalini awakening.
Kundalini is one of the names given to the powerful, creative and divine life force energy that’s inside every human being. However, it often lies dormant in us; we only tap into a limited part of it. But once awakened, a profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure, bringing about more conscious awareness. This rewiring enables a deep healing and transformation that is so often unattainable by other means.
The process is grounded in the science of vibration, creating shifts through the different brainwaves and internal processes, peeling away layers of our conditioned mental limitations and stagnation that build up over time (through traumatic experiences or within deeply rooted conditionings).
Every experience of the life force/kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations are seen regularly in participants. But unlike most practices, this is not a self-willed or self-generating process. It is the path of surrender, a natural and intuitive energetic process that won’t shock your system in any way.
LEAP brings about exactly what your system needs in the moment – guiding you to step back into your authentic power, into the remembrance of your essence, into more flow, fulfillment and joy of existence.
WHAT IS A LEAP SESSION LIKE?
During a LEAP session, you lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed. Music is played to support you in the process. All that’s asked from you is to relax your body-mind and surrender into the process with a childlike curiosity. Allowing whatever arises to be experienced and expressed.
On the inside, a wide range of phenomenon can occur from spontaneous movements, to emotional releases, visuals or feelings of bliss. Some consider it a purifying experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. For each individual the experience is unique, every time.

LEAP is a clearing process and sometimes that brings things to the surface you’d rather not see, feel or experience, but nothing will come up that you cannot handle. And the only thing asked is to go through it, in this space of deep trust, for a release of tension and blockages to happen. So that a beautiful and exciting birth of something new and more fulfilling happens.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION
- For a digital session, you will need to place your computer high up with your camera tilted down so that we can see your body on the ground.
- Create a comfy space for yourself whether that be with a yoga mat, carpet or rug, blankets, etc. You will be laying down for 75 minutes so be comfortable. Pillows are not recommended because your neck needs to be straight
- Wear comfortable clothes and possible layers as your body temperature may change (warm socks, sweater, etc)
- Come to the session with an empty stomach. Do not eat a big meal 1:30/2 hrs before the session.
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs on the day of the session.
- Have an open mind and keep a childlike wonder
