Learn about decision making, confidence, goals, and staying organised.

You’ll learn:

How to use transport and make travel plans
What to pack and how to stay safe when going out
How to use simple kitchen tools and following visual steps through practice
About food safety and healthy routines

When: Tuesdays – 9:30am to 12:00pm, 21 July – 8 December 2026

Where: Deaf Connect Parramatta - Level 4/69 Phillip St, Parramatta NSW 2150

All courses are delivered in Auslan with Deaf trainers.

If you are deaf, over 15 years old, and living in NSW - all courses are free.
