Life-Saving Skills: CPR & Cold Water Shock Traning

The course will be a 2-hour training session held at the Sea Lanes Clubhouse, led by the highly skilled team from Brighton Surf Life Saving Club. The primary objective is to enhance the skill set of the open water community in Brighton and the surrounding areas, with a focus on improving safety for all participants.

The evening will include;

CPR of an adult, child and baby casualty.

Use of an AED (Defib)

Dealing with choking

Hazards of our beaches, basic bathometric & hydrographics relating to wave formations and cause of waves/swell, tides.

Cold water shock

This is a FREE event so if you have a ticket and can no longer make it please let us know so we can hand your space over to someone on the waiting list
