One of the events offered by South Bucks Hospice is an Advanced Life Planning seminar in which our experts join with local organisations and groups to advise patients and their family members on how to make plans for the future.The next seminar will be held on 1st October, from 13.00-15.00 at the hospice in Kingswood Park. It’s free to South Bucks Hospice patients and their families and places can be booked at https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/south-bucks-hospice. For non-patients, the booking process is the same but there is an attendance fee of £5.00.
