Kundalini is the primal power of humanity. It is your Life Force Energy of creation that lives within all of us and it is available to you at any moment. Life Force Activation LFA is a gentle practice to assist you in releasing what no longer is serving you, renew your sense of self, and expand your heart consciousness.

What to expect during a session?

Lie supine on a yoga mat, pad, or blanket. Closing your eyes and keeping them closed allows you to drop into the energy and stay with it.

Loud music will be played. ( Bring ear plugs if sensitive to sound.)

There is nothing you need to know or do. Allow yourself to surrender to what may arise from within.

Focus on the music and allow yourself to quiet your mind and become fully present in the body.

Allow, surrender, be curious and open to the process as it is unfolding.

Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers or bring a blanket. You may have cold or hot sensations during a session.

Avoid eating heavy foods 4 hours before. Best on an empty stomach. But listen to your body. Avoid caffine right before session.

No alcohol, plant medicine, psilocybin, marijuana products or illicit drugs 48 hours before.

Every Kundalini Life Force Activation is different and unique each time and to each individual.

As your Kundalini Life Force Energy awakens, you may experience:

Energy sensations in different areas of the body felt as warmth or tingling

Spontaneous physical movements: twitching, shaking, contractions, dancing, swaying, yoga postures

Full range of emotional: laughing, crying, screaming

Vocal releases: toning, humming, singing, coughing, moaning, different languages

Visualizations: light, sacred geometry, colors, traveling via frequency or multi-dimensional

Stillness: states of meditation, bliss, oneness, expanded consciousness

What to bring

Bottle of water, dress in layers for body temperature changes, a yoga mat, or anything you would like to lie on flat on the ground. The preferred position is supine with your head and body aligned. If you have issues with lying flat listen to your body and support your position however feels right for you. ( Bring ear plugs if sensitive to sound.)

I will make the facilitator aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the session.
