Blood Pressure worries? We got you! High Blood Pressure Care℠ is hosting a Prelaunch 'Cooking Classes' by Chef Ama of A Beautiful Life Enterprises! Join us for 10 weeks of learning the Life Essentials of Cooking for ourselves and the people we love.

Cost: Thanks to funding received by Chef Ama from the NBFJA (National Black Food Justice Alliance), your cost is your time to attend the sessions and to practice at home!

Class size is limited to 20 people. If you are unable to attend this session, select WAITING LIST to be notified of future sessions and events. You will be contacted when registration opens.
