About this Event
Join us for an exciting community dialogue with podcast hosts Sarah Goodyear and Doug Gordon, $15 advance/ $20 at door. They are touring the world sharing their new book and are making two stops in Tampa Bay: Monday night in St Pete and Tuesday night in Tampa.
Life After Cars explores the high cost that car culture and moto-normativity have had on our communities and what actionable solutions we can work on to make our cities safer for all types of road users. The book has a positive outlook on the future, and invites the reader to imagine a world where the car doesn’t dominate our lives.
The evening will feature a live podcast recording with the authors as well as local transportation planning expert panelists. Connect with fellow community members, get candid advice from road warriors, and take a deep dive into the good, the bad, and the ugly as we talk all things transportation in St Pete.
