Want to support a great cause plus take home some yummy goodies for your cat or dog? Roo’s has you covered!March 28th from 2pm to 6pm, Roo’s Holistic Pet Supplies will be doing a Lick Mat Event at BOTH Roo's locations! What is a lick mat? Lick mats are a super fun, flat toy that people typically put all sorts of pet safe ingredients on, then freeze, then give to their pet to lick! Licking releases serotonin and makes our pets happy so lick mats are a great way to help our pets be happy, calm, and have a good snack! This is a fundraiser for Roo’s Relief, Pet Rescue and Rehab! 100% of the money earned at this event will go to the rescue as we prepare for an influx of cats coming in!
Toppings will be Easter themed and a great spread of pet safe human foods and high quality products from brands we sell in store! Lick mats are great for both cats and dogs so be sure to make one for your cat too! This is a great time to test some toppings you may not know if your pet likes, or to let your creativity flow and make the perfect piece of art out of food! We will have tables set up for you to decorate at your leisure. Best to leave the pups home for this event, this one is more for the humans! We will have boxes for you to take your lick mats home in!
