Move over Valentine's Day, join our special author panel to celebrate Library Lovers' Day! This event features authors Emma Pei Yin, Ayesha Inoon and Emma Grey as they come together to talk about their books and respective writing journeys. The discussion will be facilitated by Chloe from Collins Booksellers Queanbeyan and refreshments will be provided.About the authors:
Emma Pei Yin is an Australian-Chinese writer and editor. Her debut novel, When Sleeping Women Wake, has been published globally, translated into multiple languages. It was longlisted for the ARA Historical Novel Prize (2025) and shortlisted for the Australian Indie Book Awards (2026).
Ayesha Inoon is a Sri Lankan-Australian writer whose work is shaped by her rich cultural heritage and lived experience. Her debut novel, Untethered – winner of the 2022 ASA/HQ Commercial Fiction Prize and Highly Commended in both the 2024 ACT Book of the Year and the ACT Literary Awards for Fiction – draws partly from her own journey as an immigrant Muslim woman. Ayesha’s highly anticipated second novel, The Sisters of Serendib, is due in 2026.
Emma Grey is the award-winning author of seven books including the USA Today and Australian bestsellers, The Last Love Note and Pictures of You. Pictures of You won the gold medal in the American Independent Publisher Book Awards and both books received starred reviews from the American Library Association.
