Libra New Moon Goddess Circle: Pelvic Floor & Hip Release

The Libra New Moon is a time to invite balance, harmony, and inner alignment. Libra, the sign of the scales, is connected to the hips, lower back, and kidneys the body’s natural center of equilibrium. Just as Libra seeks harmony in relationships and within the self, the hips and pelvic floor form the physical foundation of balance in our movement, posture, and energy flow.

In this sacred circle, we will gather to release deep tension and restore fluidity to the hips and pelvic floor. These areas often store stress, emotional heaviness, and the weight of daily life. Through a guided sequence of hip-opening postures, pelvic floor breathwork, and Root + Sacral chakra mantras, we will soften control, free stagnant energy, and invite ease back into the body.

To close our practice, we will share in a grounding ritual with ceremonial Blue Lotus tea. Known as the “flower of intuition,” Blue Lotus has been used in sacred traditions for centuries to calm the nervous system and open the doorway to higher clarity. Together, we’ll sip this ancient tea in stillness, allowing its gentle medicine to settle the body and awaken inner wisdom.

This circle is open to all levels and no prior experience is needed. It is an opportunity to connect with a supportive community of women, honor the new moon, and restore harmony from the inside out. 🌑
