Phoenix Animal Rescue is expanding to serve more pets and their families with the highest level of care by opening its own low-cost veterinary hospital. One of the most exciting opportunities is to name the Surgery Suite in honor of Tracey — a cherished friend, devoted animal lover, and long-time supporter of the rescue’s mission.
