Please be sure to join us for our monthly meeting from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Bass Pro Shop located at 951 E. Lewis and Clark Pkwy, Clarksville, IN (second Tues of the month from 7:00 - 8:00 pm) We will be meeting upstairs on the second floor in the Theater that is located in the camping section.We will be celebrating our 8-year anniversary with an indoor BBQ!
The club will be providing pulled pork from Mark’s Feed Store with homemade BBQ Sauce from club member Lu Ann Emily! We will also provide buns, chips, plates, napkins, cups, and bottled water.
Please sign up to bring a side, dessert, soft drinks (2 liters are fine!), or anything else that we can all enjoy!
WE DO NEED AN RSVP FOR THIS BY FRIDAY 6/28/24 to ensure that we order enough food for everyone. Please confirm either via email or on Facebook ( our private group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/424589441597739 ) if you will be planning on bringing something. If possible, please confirm via email, will be the easiest for us to manage. Still, we will acknowledge each confirmation if you do not get a confirmation that we have you down (either to attend and/or for bringing something) after 72 hours, please be sure to send us another message so that we do not miss anyone on the list.
If you are new to the group, please feel free to stay for a meeting to see if you would like to join (the first meeting is at no cost/obligation).
