We’ll break down serve receive, reading the ball, movement, platform control, and how to stay calm under pressure. Players will learn how to anticipate better, move with purpose, and become reliable passers for their team.
Perfect for: outside hitters, defensive specialists, liberos, and anyone who rotates through the back row and wants stronger fundamentals.
Through live serve receive reps and situational drills, players will develop the confidence and awareness to take control of the court — not just claim the ball, but lead the defense around it.
