This year, two amazing events—the Downtown Business Treasure Hunt and Liam’s Trunk or Treat—are coming together to create one big celebration in honor of Liam Elton, a joyful, spirited two-year-old whose bright smile and love for life continue to inspire all who knew him. This event will feature a local business treasure hunt AND Pine Street will be lined with amazing Trunk or Treat vehicles.
