Meet us every other Thursday at 6:00 PM at Rosedale Park for a casual, community-focused run. Run Club is open to all paces and experience levels — whether you're training for a race, getting back into a routine, or just looking for a fun way to stay active and meet new people.Routes follow the Lawrence Hopewell Trail and typically cover a few miles, but participants are always encouraged to go at their own comfortable pace.
Run Club is also a great way to prepare for the Complete the Loop 5K on May 2, supporting the continued progress of the Lawrence Hopewell Trail toward a completed 20-mile loop. Whether you're planning to race or just want to build consistency, we’d love to have you join us!
Come solo or bring a friend — everyone is welcome.
