We are thrilled to announce our upcoming LHDC Groundwork with Rafa Gonzalez! Get ready for a 5-workshop intensive designed to deepen your strength, artistry, and connection to the dance floor... all while dancing with heels (which is encouraged, but not required)!
What to expect ⬇️
- 5 Workshops
- 10 Hours of Instruction
- 1 Transformative Weekend!
- A safe space to express yourself
- Beginner friendly classes to safely learn how to dance in heels
- Opportunities to refine and strengthen your artistry

DANCING IN HEELS
- Wearing heels are NOT required, but they are encouraged if you want to experience a higher level of training. So let's talk shoes!
Acceptable Shoes:
- Heels made specifically for dancers with lots of ankle support: Black Falcons, MYZIJI heels, or Burju heels
- Gfranco sneakers
- Jazz Shoes
- None: Bare feet
***ALL HEELS MUST HAVE HEEL CAPS***
Non-Acceptable Shoes
- Street heels
- Heels above 3.5 inches
- Flip flops/sandals
