Leadership Grand Strand is excited to offer continuing leadership development exclusively for our alumni, led by our current LGS leadership trainer, Hop2it Consultants! The training will be held on Friday, July 17, from 9 a.m. to noon at BEFLOR Property Restoration.
Boundaries, Balance, and Behavior: Thriving at Work Without Burning Out
In today’s fast-paced work environments, maintaining healthy balance while navigating challenging personalities can feel overwhelming. This session equips participants with practical tools to establish boundaries, manage stress, and respond effectively to difficult personalities. Participants will explore strategies for protecting their energy, communicating with confidence, and staying grounded in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations.
Breakfast will be provided.
The cost is $30 per LGS alumni.
