We’ll tackle tough topics about navigating unsafe spaces, creating a personalized safety plan, and building a support network that empowers you to move from crisis to courage. Each session will provide practical tools and a supportive community, and participants will receive a pocket-sized safety plan customized with personal emergency contacts and self-care strategies.
