🏳️🌈 Intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – Free LGBTQ+ Community Session! 🏳️⚧️Curious about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) but not sure where to start? Join us for a free introductory session designed specifically for the LGBTQ+ community!
👕 What to Wear: Comfortable workout clothes (no zippers, please!)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on technique, leverage, and strategy rather than size or strength. It’s a great way to build confidence, improve fitness, and connect with a supportive community.
This session is beginner-friendly—no experience needed! We’ll cover fundamental movements and concepts in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
