Our mission is to create a safe space for healing and deep connection to your truth. We adopt an inclusive holistic health approach that considers the whole person—body, mind, spirit, and emotions. We firmly believe in the healing power of connection and community.
This meditation and sound healing session, exclusively for the LGBTQ community, will be led by Scott Williamson from Connection to Self. Scott is a life purpose wellbeing coach, Reiki teacher, and sound practitioner with over two decades of experience. As a gay man, he has found that a holistic approach can be particularly beneficial for LGBTQ individuals facing unique challenges.
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and connection! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and healing vibrations of gongs, sound bowls, and other therapeutic instruments in a space where everyone is truly welcome. We will begin with a meditation, so whether you’re looking to unwind, release anxiety and stress, or simply find a moment of peace, our inclusive environment is here to support you. Experience the harmony, peace, and serenity you deserve. Reserve your spot today and join our healing community.
We believe that everyone should have access to mindfulness practices and healing modalities, regardless of their financial circumstances. That’s why we have created a Pay What You Can pricing system for this workshop. To book your space, simply purchase your ticket online for the price of £0.00.
This workshop is open to all, regardless of ability to pay. No one will be turned away due to financial constraints. On the evening of the workshop, a donation box will be available at the counter. If you are able, please contribute whatever amount feels comfortable and affordable for you. Your generous donations will help us continue offering these accessible workshops to the community.
We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, and we respect that. Our intention is to create a safe and welcoming space where everyone can participate and benefit from these practices. We encourage you to pay what you can afford, whether it’s a little or a lot. Your presence and engagement are what truly matter to us.
We look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you and creating a supportive community of LGBTQ individuals on a journey of mindfulness and healing.
