Over coffee, we will explore how inclusive workplaces can grow through authentic relationships and employee-led initiatives, rather than relying solely on formal policies and top-down approaches.
Together, we will share experiences, ideas, and practical examples of how communities, internal networks, and grassroots leadership can help create cultures of belonging and connection in the workplace.
