As it's the first Sunday of the month, we have two route options this week, both meeting up for a café stop mid-way in Ringmer, with options to mix-and-match the first/second half.
We meet up in at our new meeting point of Pharmacie Coffee Roasters, Cliffe Industrial Estate on outskirts of Lewes, at our winter start time of 9:30am; some of us arrive early for coffee and chat.

The shorter route is 65km (40 miles) with 500m of elevation.

The longer route is 75km (47 miles) with 600m of elevation
