Levy Longevity: Integrative Medicine Approaches for Chronic Pain with Dr. Debjani Roy

Join us Thursday January 23 at 1:00pm for an insightful hybrid presentation by Dr. Debjani Roy on "Integrative Medicine Approaches for Chronic Pain." Dr. Roy will explore effective strategies for managing chronic pain including dietary interventions mind-body modalities with a focus on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) the benefits of red light therapy and a review of cannabis for pain management highlighting the roles of CBD and THC. Dr. Roy is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine and currently practices at Endeavor Health. She previously served as the Department Head of Integrative Wellness at FHCC a joint facility of the U.S. Navy and the Department of Veterans Affairs where she focused on chronic pain management.

In addition to her clinical practice Dr. Roy also teaches students and residents at the University of Chicago and Rosalind Franklin University.
