Leverage your Strengths: Superhero Cape Collage Workshop

Sometimes, we are the hero we need.

Come & create your own superhero cape collage representing your individual strengths.

This workshop will combine strengths-based research and collage to help participants express what makes them shine. Participants will be given light instruction around how to identify their key strengths, including structured prompts, examples, and more. After curating their list, they will then create their own super hero cape collage representing what makes them unique and the abilities, behaviors, and more that they can leverage in their day to day lives.

Throughout the workshop, participants will also be encouraged through structured discussion prompts to share about themselves, build community with one another, and identify how to leverage one's own and each other's strengths.

This workshop is facilitated by Nicole Ennen, Founder of Org Empathy Consulting, LLC and multi-hyphenate human that pulls from her background in education, training, arts, and psychology to create experiential workshops that help people grow.

This is a guided interactive workshop, so attendees are encouraged to arrive on time to participate fully.

This workshop is accessible to those 16+ who want to understand themselves a little better, learn about others, and have some fun while doing it!

This event takes place at PowerHouse San Jose at 684 S Second St, San Jose, CA 95112. PowerHouse San Jose is a women+ event/co-working space that I am a member of. I am renting the house for this event and it is open to those of all gender identities.

*Art materials will be provided, but feel free to bring extra magazines if you have particular ones you want to work from for collaging
