A FREE workshop, designed to help teach simple exercises that promote calmness, guiding the body out of “fight or flight” & into a “rest and repair” mode.
This state, which a therapist might call resting Neutral, is calm, uncharged, & present. While this class is not therapy, the process naturally fosters a sense of well-being, often described as a feeling of “coming home.” This class is designed to help participants engage in simple exercises that promote calmness, guiding the body out of “fight or flight” & into a “rest and repair” mode.
The journey begins with grounding exercises to center oneself and then extends to grounding within one’s environment. Over time, it has evolved to include practices for connecting with others from this calm place.
