About this Event
Want to train harder, play stronger, and recover faster? This session is all about giving your body the fuel it needs to perform at its best—on and off the ice. You'll learn how nutrition affects energy levels, muscle growth, focus, and stamina. We’ll break down what to eat before and after games, how to stay hydrated, and how to build daily eating habits that support your athletic goals. This isn’t about dieting—it’s about fueling your body like the high-performing athlete you are. Whether you’re chasing a scholarship, making a provincial team, or just pushing to the next level, this session will give you the edge you need to feel strong, stay healthy, and dominate your game.
