About this Event
What should I eat? When should I eat it? How can I best recover after a game or workout?
In this fun and interactive session, young athletes will discover how the right foods can help them skate faster, feel stronger, and play their best. We’ll explore the basics of sports nutrition in a kid-friendly way—like what to eat before and after games, how to stay energized, and how good food helps muscles recover. Athletes will learn how snacks, meals, and hydration can fuel their game and keep them feeling great on and off the ice. Whether you're a goal-scorer, a playmaker, or just love the game, this session will give you easy tips to eat like a champion and build healthy habits for life!
