Sufiz is the Managing Partner of Recur Consult, a Gamification and Behavioural Design consultancy firm that focuses on creating impactful experiences and driving desired behaviours through design and engagement. He has designed award-winning gamified experiences that leverage on proven design methodologies and behavioural psychology models.
Sufiz has led numerous consulting projects internationally, ranging from product design, customer experiences, community gamification, employee engagement, learning and development, and people and culture transformation. He has served clients from various industries in the APAC and globally. As a subject matter expert in gamification, he has spoken at various international conferences.
